Rare Lancia Montecarlo To Be Auctioned
A quick look at the catalogue for Shannons upcoming Melbourne Spring Classic Auction has revealed a very rare and very tempting lot in the shape of a 1977 Lancia Beta Montecarlo. We love that this is a right hand drive mark 2 example and has spent a lot of it’s life (since 1991) in Australia away from the damp and salt of Europe. We’re also keen on the very period shade of turquoise. The wheels and the the front grille are less appealing but these ‘upgrades’ could easily be reversed as the description states that the original parts are included.
All in all a very tempting prospect, especially at the very reasonable price guide of $8,000 – $12,000.
